By booking a transfer with Rhodes Transfers, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our Service

Rhodes Transfers provides private airport transfers, port transfers, hotel transfers, villa transfers, and point-to-point transportation across Rhodes, Greece.

Booking Information

All bookings must include accurate pickup details, drop-off details, date, pickup time, passenger count, and contact information.

For airport pickups, customers should provide a valid flight number when available so we can monitor arrival information when possible.

If luggage details or special requirements are needed, customers should inform Rhodes Transfers before the transfer so we can confirm the correct vehicle and availability.

Private Transfers

All transfers are private unless otherwise stated. You and your group will not share the vehicle with other passengers.

Prices

Prices shown during booking are based on the selected route, vehicle, passengers, date, pickup time, and service details.

Extra waiting time, extra stops, route changes, or special requests may have an additional charge and are subject to driver availability.

Payment

At this time, Rhodes Transfers does not require an online deposit to submit a transfer booking request, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Customers may choose from the available payment methods during the booking process, including cash, PayPal, Stripe, or credit card payment on pickup.

If you choose to pay by cash or credit card on pickup, the full transfer amount is paid directly to the driver before the transfer begins.

If you choose PayPal or Stripe, you may be asked to complete the payment online through a secure third-party payment provider.

Booking Confirmation

After submitting your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email with your transfer details.

Your booking is considered accepted once Rhodes Transfers confirms the reservation. If there is any issue with availability, payment, route details, or pickup information, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Pickup Time

Customers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time. For hotel, villa, port, and local pickups, please be at the pickup point on time.

Waiting Time

Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after flight arrival. Port pickups include up to 30 minutes of free waiting time after the agreed pickup time. Hotel, villa, and local pickups include up to 15 minutes of free waiting time.

Extra waiting time may be available depending on driver availability and may have an additional charge.

Customer Contact Details

Customers must provide correct phone, email, and WhatsApp details when available. If we cannot contact you because the contact details are incorrect, Rhodes Transfers is not responsible for missed communication.

Delays and Events Outside Our Control

Rhodes Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, accidents, incorrect customer details, late arrivals, or events outside our control.

Passenger Behavior

Smoking, illegal substances, abusive behavior, or damage to the vehicle are not allowed. The driver may refuse service if passenger behavior is unsafe or inappropriate.

Vehicle Damage

Customers may be responsible for cleaning or repair costs if they damage the vehicle or leave it in an unacceptable condition.
