Payment Options

At this time, Rhodes Transfers does not require an online deposit to submit a transfer booking request, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Customers may choose one of the available payment methods during the booking process, including cash, PayPal, Stripe, or credit card payment on pickup.

Payment on Pickup

If you choose to pay by cash or credit card on pickup, the full transfer amount is paid directly to the driver before the transfer begins.

Credit card payments on pickup are subject to card terminal availability and payment approval.

Online Payment

If you choose PayPal or Stripe, you may be asked to complete the payment online through a secure third-party payment provider.

Rhodes Transfers does not store full credit card details on our website.

Booking Confirmation

After you submit your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email with your transfer details.

Your booking is considered accepted once Rhodes Transfers confirms the reservation. If there is any issue with availability, payment, route details, or pickup information, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Total Transfer Price

The total transfer price will be shown during the booking process or in your booking confirmation.

The price shown includes the agreed transfer service for the selected route, vehicle, date, and pickup time.

Extra Charges

Any extra stops, additional waiting time, route changes, or special requests may have an additional charge and are subject to availability.

Extra charges, when applicable, must be agreed before the service is provided.
