Free Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge. Rhodes Transfers does not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

If a prepaid booking is cancelled, any refund due will be returned using the appropriate payment method, subject only to normal payment-provider processing times.

If you selected cash or credit card payment on pickup and no payment has been made in advance, no refund is required.

No-Shows

Rhodes Transfers does not charge a no-show fee. We ask customers to contact us as soon as possible if their travel plans change or if they are unable to locate their driver.

Flight Delays

Customers are not charged because their flight is delayed.

Where valid flight information has been provided, Rhodes Transfers may monitor the flight and adjust the airport pickup time accordingly.

Waiting Time

Rhodes Transfers does not charge additional waiting-time fees for scheduled transfers.

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
