Cancellation Policy
Clear information about cancellations, refunds, waiting time, and no-shows for Rhodes Transfers bookings.
Free Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Refunds
If you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup and you have already made an online payment through PayPal or Stripe, your payment may be refunded according to the original payment method and the payment processor rules.
If you selected cash or credit card payment on pickup and no payment has been made in advance, no refund is required.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may not be refundable if an online payment has already been completed.
No-Show Policy
If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location and does not contact Rhodes Transfers, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
For bookings paid online in advance, a no-show may not be refundable. For bookings selected as cash or credit card payment on pickup, the reservation may be cancelled.
Flight Delays
For airport pickups, please provide your flight number when booking. If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to adjust the pickup time when possible.
Waiting Time
Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after flight arrival. Port pickups include up to 30 minutes of free waiting time after the agreed pickup time. Hotel, villa, and local pickups include up to 15 minutes of free waiting time.
Extra waiting time may be available depending on driver availability and may have an additional charge.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
